3-Car Hauler Position in Ladson, SC

CRC Transport LLC is looking for motivated operators for our 3-car hauler program in Ladson, South Carolina. This opportunity is designed for drivers who want stable dedicated freight, strong company support, and a clear path toward long-term growth.

Experience is not required – paid training and onboarding support are available.

This position is for semi-truck setups only. Pickup truck setups are not accepted.

Operators get access to dedicated lines, consistent volume, OEM contract freight, and support from an experienced 300+ truck fleet. CRC Transport provides the structure, tools, and operational support needed to help operators stay productive, compliant, and on the road.

Pay, Equipment & Company Support

Operators can earn $3.00 – $5.00+ per mile, depending on the assigned line. CRC Transport offers consistent dedicated volume, W2 or 1099 options, ACH payments, and payment processing within 1 week. With dedicated freight available, operators do not need to search for loads independently.

CRC Transport also offers an equipment purchase program for operators who want to own their own 3-car hauler setup. The program includes a 20% down payment, financing support for the remaining balance, flexible payment terms, cost-to-cost or customized structure options, dedicated cost-to-cost lines, and support during equipment selection, purchase, and setup.

Operators receive a full support package, including dispatch available 7 days a week, 24/7 maintenance support, fuel discounts at Pilot, Flying J, Love’s, TA, and Petro, tire and repair discounts, fuel card access, IFTA and permits support, PrePass, I-Pass, BestPass, compliance support, insurance options, Samsara dash cams, GPS tracking, digital workflow apps, and real-time dispatch updates.

Orientation, Growth & Getting Started

Getting started with CRC Transport includes a 3-day orientation at our Pensacola, FL yard, with accommodation provided if needed. New drivers are accepted every Sunday or Tuesday, making the onboarding process flexible and consistent.

CRC Transport provides growth opportunities for drivers who want to build a long-term career in car hauling. Operators may have the opportunity to move into longer routes, transition into 9-car hauler operations, and grow toward full equipment ownership.
