CRC Transport is hiring a Diesel Mechanic for our heavy-duty truck shop in Pensacola, Florida. This is a full-time position for a reliable maintenance professional with experience in diesel repair, heavy-duty truck systems, and fleet service operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a modern shop environment, service a heavy-duty truck fleet, and grow within a stable transportation company.

Position Overview

As a Diesel Mechanic at CRC Transport, you will perform maintenance and repair work on heavy-duty trucks. The role includes working with diesel engines, brake systems, suspension, drivetrain components, and other key truck systems.

You will work with modern fleet equipment and platforms including PACCAR, Cummins, and Volvo.

Requirements

CRC Transport is looking for a dependable mechanic with practical repair experience, strong attention to detail, and a professional approach to fleet maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

Experience as a diesel mechanic or in heavy-duty truck maintenance
Knowledge of diesel engines, brakes, suspension, and drivetrain systems
Ability to read OEM service information and wiring diagrams
DOT compliance and safety awareness
Reliable and professional work ethic
Ability to follow repair procedures and document work accurately
Strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency

Schedule & Location

This position is based at the CRC Transport Pensacola Terminal in Florida.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
