Owner-Operator Opportunities at CRC Transport

CRC Transport offers qualified drivers the opportunity to purchase a truck and work as an owner-operator within our fleet. This program is designed for experienced 9-car hauler drivers who want to move toward truck ownership while continuing to work with stable freight, strong dispatch support, and an established operational structure.

To qualify for this program, drivers must first work as a company driver with CRC Transport. This helps ensure that each candidate understands our operating standards, safety requirements, workflow, and fleet processes before moving into ownership.

Requirements

Clean CDL
Must first work as a company driver with CRC Transport
Minimum 12 months of experience operating a 9-car hauler
TWIC card required
CRC Transport can assist with obtaining a TWIC card if needed

Truck Purchase Example

As an example, Truck #40 has the following terms:

Total truck cost: $180,000
Down payment: 25–35% of the total amount
Remaining balance to be paid off within 1.5–2 years
12% of gross revenue goes to the company monthly

Earnings, Schedule & Fleet Support

Owner-operators can expect strong earning potential with consistent operational support from CRC Transport. Weekly gross depends on route availability, volume, performance, and assigned lanes.

Earnings & Payment

Estimated weekly gross: $10,000 – $15,000
1099 structure
Payments issued upon request via ACH
ACH payments are processed within one week

3 weeks on the road / 1 week at home
OTR operations across the 48 states
Drivers living near the following areas may have the opportunity to get home weekly, depending on available lanes:

- Jacksonville, FL

Orientation, Deductions & Requirements

Orientation takes place at the CRC Transport yard in Pensacola, FL and lasts 4 days. Accommodation is provided during orientation. New drivers are accepted every Monday, which allows for a consistent and organized onboarding process.

Monthly Deductible Structure

Liability / Cargo / Physical insurance: $2,311.72
Accidental Occupational Insurance: $140
TVC subscription: $30 optional
Safety expenses: $250
Samsara camera equipment

Work Equipment Requirement

A separate device for work applications is required. This helps drivers properly use CRC Transport’s digital workflow tools, dispatch communication, real-time updates, and compliance-related applications while operating within the fleet.
