CRC Transport is hiring an experienced Shop Foreman for our heavy-duty truck shop in Bear, Delaware. This is a full-time leadership position for a skilled diesel repair professional who can oversee shop operations, support mechanics, maintain safety standards, and ensure the fleet stays road-ready.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on repair experience, diesel diagnostics knowledge, DOT inspection understanding, and the ability to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced trucking environment.

Position Overview

As a Shop Foreman at CRC Transport, you will be responsible for supporting daily shop operations, supervising mechanics and leads, and helping maintain a modern heavy-duty truck fleet.

The position involves DOT inspection oversight, repair workflow coordination, safety compliance, and close communication with the operations team.

5+ years of heavy-duty truck repair experience
Experience supervising mechanics and leads
DOT inspection knowledge

Schedule & Location

This position is based at the CRC Transport Bear Terminal in Delaware.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
